It’s a long process to get through but when you are speaking to someone I have found them to be helpful and pleasant

Shorter call time in getting through. When you are working it’s difficult other than during a lunchtime to have the time to hold until your call is answered

I have a medical issue that needed investigation however the process to arrange an appointment is extremely onerous and the appointment process is a deterrent to having the medical issue investigated.

I would have been happy to phone during the day and arrange a future non urgent appointment.

Can never get a routine appointment you have to ring on the day or it can be appointment a month or so away You should be able to book appointment with a doctor no on the day but a routine one.

If a person wants to see a doctor they should be given that chance not put to a parmenidic
